“The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Completely remodeled, clean and well stocked unit. Owner supplied ample amounts of toilet paper, tissues, towels, washcloths and linens. Dinnerware, utensils and glasses were sufficient. Location was excellent with walking distance to restaurants and markets. Host responded quickly to any questions.”

“I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes. They are pretty loud but i personally didn't mind it much. The main frustration was the radiator in the living space. It made a sound like……

“Two adults in town for a short 2-night stay here (Sun-Tues) and it was clean & in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Nearly everything we needed was within a 10-15 minute walk and lots of options for food, bars & shopping. Jeselle was very accommodating and made sure we had all of the details we needed to ensure a smooth check-in.”

“The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and……

“Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!”

“Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable.”

“This is a great spot to stay with a group of friends or family. The apartment is lovely and the hosts were great. They answered questions quickly and sent plenty of information before the trip about the area. It was a great visit to Chicago and I will stay here again.”

“The home was perfect for us (except the beds were kind of small for tall men) but we made it work. This was my first visit to Chicago so I don’t know much about the different areas of town but the neighborhood seemed like a nice place to stay, it was very quiet and clean. “visit was for my sisters 50th & a get together for my 51st. location for what we wanted to do was perfect. We LOVED the apt. clean, homey, lots of room (really liked dining table). Brought back many wonderful memories being in FP & OP again after so many yrs. THANKS!!”

“I just wish that the valet parking wasn’t $75 a night! What a nightmare! Asides from that, it’s super clean and super easy to check in, and there’s an infinity pool!”

“It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise. Everything in the apartment……
