“The people were so nice! Took a while to regulate the shower temp, had to have hot barely on while cold on all the way, very unusual. There was also a bug in the shower. I only saw one, killed and flushed. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room, they have it in the office but not until after 7am, not convenient when having to catch an early flight. ”

“We booked a 2 bedroom suite unit that included 2 kings beds and a pullout sofa with a living room and kitchen area. The unit we were given was 1 basic room with 2 double beds. The host, who up until this point had been VERY responsive, suddenly had an emergency and couldn’t help us. We were a group of 4 adult females, and didn’t feel safe about this situation. We felt like this was all a scam and not sure who had access to our room. We left the room and called Vrbo customer service immediately……
