The Barnes house was just what we were looking for - lots of bedrooms, a cute kitchen, and space to spread out in. We particularly loved the furniture - clearly the pieces have been selected with great care, but are still functional and beautiful. The fire pit area was a nice bonus; too bad the weather didn't cooperate!”

“What a great stay! This house near Kaw Lake was exactly what we were looking for. Very recently remodeled, and everything was as advertised. Great house in the country very close to Kaw Lake, and had room for our boat trailer. Kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed everything. Extremely easy check-in process and communication from the property manager. Bed's were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“Hazel House is very well taken cared of in every way. It has a beautiful kitchen with a gas range any cook would love to have. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. The owner has decorated it beautifully but it is still functional for a family. She is always very attentive to your needs and is a very caring person.”

“The Fox Den was just perfect for our trip to Ponca City. The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen, new applances, washer and dryer are excellent, and the beds are super comfortable, I mean seriously they are great mattresses.”

“This was a superb stop on our travels and my work. Roomy, with everything you need to spend a couple of nights in Caldwell on your travels. Beds were great, the place was quiet and the car port in the back was perfect for loading/unloading even in damp weather. We caught up on laundry and enjoyed the open concept living. We will be back next time we are in the area.”

“This place was ok at first sight. But second day i have seen it wasn't deep cleaned. The fan in the bedroom was full of dust, the dishes in kitchen were still sticky, like not cleaned properly, no dryer sheets, the dryer had a wet towl in it. The bathroom was not very clean in my opinion but ok. The coffee offered was low quality. I was looking for coffee filters for the other coffee maker, none found. The tv didn't work at times. Overall needs improvement. And the owner needs to talk to the……
