“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

“We had a great time at the Viceroy. The staff made everything convenient and easy, including parking, check-in, check-out, and everything in between. It's nice to have the casual bar and dining right in the lobby and it flows beautifully into a wonderful outdoor space and pool. The rooms were lovely (and big!). We really enjoyed.”

“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……

“Lovely hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and waiting lady who was friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and no maid came so coffee etc wasn’t replenished. Great access to transport and pier ”
