“Everything about my stay was amazing!”

“Excellent stay. family of 6 including 2 under 5. Kids loved the kiddie pools and we all enjoyed the heated pools and lazy river. Staff was friendly, clean, easy parking, direct access to the beach. I wish the DJ couldve played longer. ”

“Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. ”

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“The place was quiet low season but the tv had low quality cable channels, the volume didn't work on half of them, one baking pan, no ice in the hotel except for the restaurant and that was only open for breakfast. Oh, and there was one overworked woman doing it all. The room was privately owned from what the front desk told me. ”

“Our oceanfront room was beautiful and just right. It was also super clean, which was a pleasant surprise for a beach hotel that sees a lot of sand come through the door! Despite a frustrating check-in process (see below), we did love our stay and plan to stay here again next time we're in Myrtle Beach. The grounds are lovely. They have lots of games and activities in the grass area between the hotel and beach. And a beach bar next door. Two important things to remember: Checkin is 4 pm. And……

“This property is beautiful! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to eat & see. We loved everything about the hotel, the only thing that I didn’t like was the housekeeping staff didn’t replace items that were used. I had to ask for washcloths, coffee & cups. Also ran out of the body wash in the shower. So that is the one area that could use improvement. If hotel guests use items, please replace those items. Other than that, it was the perfect hotel!”
