“Nice”

“Convenient hotel stay located close to downtown and not too far by car to the university campus. The hotel is very well lit with bright night lighting outside and in common hallways. There are security cameras and a card key entry to get inside building, so I felt very safe here. Room was simple and very clean. Appreciated the mini fridge in my room. I wish the in room fan/ AC would run all night instead of intermittently because room was a little stuffy. Lobby has a very good instant latte/ hot……

“Glad to see Santa Cruz is updating and continuing to update. This hotel is in a prime location. It’s a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Parkings are limited. Our beach front view from our balcony was beautiful, minus the homeless tent in front us (on the beach sidewalk) and the homeless guys shooting up heroine. No worries. He left people a lone. ”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“I like everything but the only issue that I have it was a misunderstanding with breakfast they told me from 7 AM to 10:30 PM. And we arrive at 10 o’clock and they already close on the other hand. Another issue that we had was that didn’t tell us that we need to request housekeeping service.”
