“The property was amazing, just a few things kept me fro. Saying exceptional. 1. No internet, it was out and no tech, have a teenage daughter who expected intrrnet, but we made due. 2. Grill was dirty and replacement smelled bad. New grills on order though. Staff was attentive, very polite, and their breakfast buffet is amazing! No matter what time you came in for breakfast food was hot. We really enjoyed our stay, just maybe next time partake in the watercraft. Look forward to a……

“One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5”

“Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. Thank you so much for our weekend……

“The house is very beautiful and comfortable also well outfitted with dishes, pot and pans. We like to cook when we stay. The walk to and from the water is steep but the stairs and ramps are well maintained. Our adult children enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock.”

“If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property……

“We really enjoyed our stay. We took our peddle boat and kayak si the dock access was perfect. Our great grandson had a blast. Just had a couple of issues: the kitchen sink is leaking so the plumber came by but it's not fixed; the 360 was missing the power cord; there was no kitchen sink plug so washing pots and pans was difficult.”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again.”

“Our party of 3 couples and one bachelor had an incredible time at this gorgeous property! The kitchen was well-stocked, furniture was comfy, beds and bedding were great. There was plenty of room to gather in one place or to find separate spaces for down time. When we weren't catching fish off the dock - at one point 5 of us had fish on at the same time! - we gathered in the game room to play pool and hang out. Owners were great to work with. Best property that we have stayed on at Grand Lake!”

“We all had a great time, the house was super spacious and clean! It had all we needed to relax and enjoy it with the family, the girls had a great time in the pool. For us that we love to cook all the meals, the kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed the grill, fire pit and the lake view. It was beautiful seen the sunrise from the master bedroom. We will definitely come back !”

“The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one.”

“This house was perfect for our extended family get together. Nothing fancy but well equipped to meet all our wants and needs. We all enjoyed the enclosed porch area - cards, games, plenty of seating, wonderful views of the lake. Being close to the marina was ideal! Made boat rental very convenient and the kids loved the dock/swim area. The air conditioner understandably struggled to keep up with the August heat dome but kept temps tolerable.”
