“We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and extremely clean. Close location to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back again someday!”

“Sisters and I went for a few days to visit cousins. This house was perfect. So close to the square. Enjoyed the shops and the Farmers Marker and lunch on the square. One day just walked the neighborhood to see all the beautiful old homes. Already planning a return trip in the fall!”

“The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal. Extremely easy walk to Geneva’s downtown but the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the four-season room and took advantage of the bonfire on the back patio. We wish our stay was longer but would definitely be returning.”

“Close to a nice walking trail by the Fox river. Stairs are a bit steep, but one bedroom is on the main floor.”

“Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.”

“We stayed here for a month while taking care of family business in a nearby town. We were 4 out of state adults, a couple and 2 siblings, and this was perfect for us. The proximity to commuter train service was ideal. It’s a bit of a hike, but one could walk to the train station. We had plenty of room to gather or separate as we wanted. We made good use of the oversized washer and dryer. Almost anything you might want is a short drive away on Randall Road. We were quite busy the first couple……

“We had a great weekend stay! Pool was 85 degrees, home is spacious, tidy and comfortable. Host was excellent in communication and quick to address any questions/concerns. Great location with amenities very close by. The weather wasnt great so we spent more time indoors in the large sunroom. It was a great gathering spot for family! We would stay again!!”

“Firstly, Harry was a breeze to communicate with. He always responded promptly and was very articulate/helpful with any questions I had. He also was very thoughtful during my stay and brought over a bin of extra comforters and blankets without me asking. Second, the house was amazing. Everything was clean, the furniture and decorations created a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Location is also very convenient. Check in process was very easy with an electronic lock. 0 complaints :)”

“The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! Downtown Geneva and the train are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk - we did both. All in all a lovely visit and we’d stay again!”

“The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless.”
