“I can’t find the words to explain just how amazing Regina and Damian’s place is. They had an idea for an elevated camping experience and blew it out of the water! My partner and I live in the city and we’ve been wanting to get away to disconnect and just be together without any distractions. Our trip was that and SO much more! Sleeping: We brought a tent just to be safe but their screened in area offers perfect shelter in all the elements. We had some rain blow through on our last morning……

“We have been going to Scotrun for Many years. Even though they have increased prices to stay on the grounds, the grounds need some attention. The pool was dirty, several broken tiles in the pool, broken basketball hoops. We were disappointed. Another con: extreme late check in, and early checkout. Makes it difficult when traveling with children. ”

“The cabin had two twin air mattresses in the loft. Both had holes, but were replaced on day two by the campground. There was some trash left in the cabin from previous stays. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The grounds were nice. The pool was clean. It was a lovely stay for our family of six. The employeeS were kind and offered great suggestions for local family friendly eating places. ”

“Was rustic, clean, well outfitted, spacious, great local hiking and fishing, close to every thing we were looking for. The proximity to moving water was just what we needed. The sound of a rain forest with no rain. Perfect nights of sleep and contentment. We would rent again.”
