“This is a perfect space for family. Although our visit was not for pleasure, it was wonderful for the group. The home is well equipped to hold a large group with space upstairs that was perfect for the youth to hang out. I loved the rockers on the front porch which added a place to relax and look out at the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you choose to dine in. All of the needed pots/pans and a Keurig for coffee lovers! Highly recommend this house and……

“There was a minor communication issue where Verbo failed to notify the property owner of the rental but once the property owner was notified of our arrival she was more than accommodating. The accommodations were clean and very inviting. Memory beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to book this property. I sometimes wondered if anyone else lived on the block because there was a little traffic so close to town. The house was more than exceptional when it came to communication and letting himself be available at any time to speak with. “This place was used as summer housing for an internship in Lima and had everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet, location is perfect, and property manager is responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Lima.”

“The bungalow that was listed ended up unavailable the weekend we rented. There was a misunderstanding between us and the owner and even though it still showed we were staying in the bungalow, we were given the option of the old motel next to it... she is currently in the process of renovations in both locations from our understanding. The properties are at the intersection of two main highways in town, so there was constant traffic noise and a train that goes through town between 11pm and……

“Everything was very nice and we were actually pleasantly surprised. However, their ice cream vending machine didn’t work for whatever the reason and the breakfast was far from exciting. ”
