“Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the……

“Als wir gebucht haben, war es noch 18 . Im Pool spielende Teenager waren nach 12 -Einführung zwar erlaubt, aber bei einem so kleinen Pool war schwimmen dann nicht mehr so leicht möglich. Abgesehen davon war es eines der besten Hotels die je hatte und würde auch wieder hinfahren. ”

“We loved the contemporary style of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this applied to reception, waiting staff and housekeeping. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative would be that the menu was rather limited without much choice for dining in the evening which was a pity as we would have……

“This was a very sweet property owned by a family as it was their grandparents former home. Now run by 2 sisters who are lovely and kind, this charming home has multiple rooms and quaint grounds. Our room was. Wet spacious with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room and mint refrigerator and amenities. Everyone on the property was kind and helpful with a smile. “Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct, le logement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de Port de Pollensa, il y a un petit supermarché en face, pratique si on arrive tard, ainsi que quelques restaurants. Malgré la proximité d'une grande rue, c'est assez calme. Comme dans beaucoup d'appart-hôtels, l'isolation intérieure n'est pas parfaite, nous avons pas mal entendu les bruits de chaises déplacées dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Il y a des places de parking à l'intérieur de la……
