“Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.”

“My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding in Davenport, and we had the best time. The house is super cute, quaint, and quiet. Dane came right to our rescue when the front door lock wouldn't budge; he came over in less than five minutes and fixed it for us! He is the best. He graciously gave us a tour of the mansion and I cannot sing his praises enough. One of our friends slept on the sectional downstairs, and it is perfect for someone wanting their own room, complete with……

“We rented this for a graduation party and it was perfect. There is a ton of space to spread out, so it didn't ever seem like we were on top of each other. Driveway is large enough to fit several cars. I had a ton of questions, and the owner was very responsive to all of them. I will definitely be a repeat guest!”

“I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further……

“This was a perfect place to stay with our dog when we came to Iowa for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa. The fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed nearby Vander Veer Park also. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house cooking and playing games, so we appreciated the spacious well-stocked kitchen! The comfortable couches, smart TV for streaming and the puzzles were also hits.”

“We came from Eastern NC for our daughter’s high school graduation. The house was centrally located and easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The stairs to the room upstairs are very small/steep…so be careful maneuvering them! But, all in all, a great stay!!”
