“They had pots already I brung mines and they had dishes and they had a dishwasher and comfortable rooms. Loved it”

“The building entry keypad did not work properly. A malfunctioning button left me standing on an unfamiliar Philadelphia street late in the evening. Called a responsive remote concierge who had to renew the code twice until there was no #4 in the code. She got me in. The key pad to the apartment worked with the new code. The apartment thermostat would not allow me to turn off the fan. The apartment was extremely cold. The window shade chains were difficult to operate some were broken or……

“Place was clean getting the reservation confirmed was awful had to call 3 times to get a confirmation and my info to check in The location was not bad except for thr train was just outside our bedroom window and ran all night ”

“Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. ”

“This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!”

“Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m.”

“We did not stay there, we had to get home because of flooding in Vermont. Multiple attempts to cancel by phone and website failed to connect so, unfortunately, we were no shows.”

“I don’t have many complaints about our stay. Communication with the owner was pretty seamless and location was really convenient; however, there were a few things I was disappointed by. The shower doesn’t have a curtain or door so it was always overflowing the floor with water, there was no AC in this unit—despite the ceiling fan sometimes it could get really hot in the room, and I was expecting an apartment style based on the listing but it was more of a “hotel room” vibe.
