“Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive……

“This apartment was great for our week stay. It was our first time in Gran Canaria and we really enjoyed the great weather and diverse geography. We had a hire car which we used to travel round and the north is certainly worth a visit. The apartment is on the outskirts but was a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes to get to the town. There were numerous buses and they looked well used but we did not use them. The pool at the apartment was great and we enjoyed a dip each morning in the sea. Thomas……

“We had a lovely stay in these apartments in Jul/Aug 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, the apartments were very spacious and it was great that the children each had their own bedroom. The apartments have everything required for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar is open from midday to 8:30pm. In my opinion it would be better if the bar opened earlier for morning coffee and breakfast. The complex is situated……

“Das Apartment war besser als beschrieben. Ein superschöner 3 monatiger Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen wenn mal irgendetwas war. Ich bin einigermaßen fit , so dass mir die Berge nichts ausgemacht haben, im Gegenteil sie haben mich fit gehalten.... Ich würde immer wieder genau dieses Apartment buchen.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten ung gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider liegt des Appartement etwas außerhalb und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Pieck, die uns bei einem Stromausfall schnell und kompetent geholfen hat.”

“Hat alles gepasst, saubere, geräumige Wohnung, schöner Pool. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man auf kurzem Fußweg entlang der Küste schnell zum schön angelegten Yachthafen Rubicon gelangt. Die Alarmanlage schaltet man aus, indem man den runden Chip (liegt auf dem Schaltkästchen) kurz an das Zahnradsymbol in der Mitte des Kästchens hält. Zum "Scharfmachen" das Symbol oben links auf dem Kästchen drücken. Das wurde bei den Unterlagen im Vorfeld etwas unklar beschrieben (auf Englisch).”

“When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up”

“Casa Sol is in a convenient location a 10 minute easy stroll from the shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. The villa was spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Initially, we had a problem with gaining access to the property, which has a, for us anyway, confusing digital door lock. The problem was resolved after contacting the emergency number. Overall, we would certainly come back.”

“This was a lovely clean cozy apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony.The location was ideal...a few minutes walk from the beach and lovely walks.The bus station was a short walk away and there was a shortcut through the park as you come out the side door of Copacabana.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.”

“We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing.”

“Good location 5 minute drive from parking in the resort. Easy to head North to Mogan and up to the mountains to walk. Being met by a property manager with his useful information,rather than a keystore was great. We were surprised to have to hand over 100 euros as a deposit,as this wasn’t obvious in the property details.”
