“To see the 2024 eclipse, celebrate a big birthday and relax and bond with our adult daughters, this was a good place. The owner is communicative and helpful, and we were a good fit as a family looking to have a pretty relaxed time, as opposed to a party. The big couches, kitchen table and deck table on the low deck overlooking the big, rolling lawn helped us relax upon arrival. “This house was in a convenient location-8 minutes from Destiny mall and 10-15 minutes away from restaurants, bars, etc. It was clean and provided a good space for 6 people.”

“We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock.”

“The cottage was so clean and comfortable that we relaxed immediately. It is furnished with everything you need, including linens, extra towels, an amazing array of dishes, pots, pans, plastic bags, coffee maker with pods, icemaker, outdoor grill, bicycles (bring your helmet) swings, slides, firepit with wood, picnic tables, huge tv, CD player, heaters and a/c units, etc. We had the windows closed and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke after we unplugged the aroma device, but most of us……

“We came to visit our college kid and picked this spot for the good location. It couldn’t have been better - close to grocery options and plenty of great restaurants. More importantly, access to the college was a breeze. Our kids walked to basketball courts, we walked to the dome for a show and got to dorms by car in under 5 minutes. The house itself is great. Big kitchen, clean space and a fantastic and comfortable living room. Highly recommend for a short stay (convenience) or a longer stay……

“We had an amazing stay! Great communication with host, and the listing was exactly as pictured/described. Many amenities were provided throughout the house that were convenient. I can not express how perfect of a location this was. Easy quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, but far enough from the main road that it was quiet. We loved the amazing deck that overlooks the canal. We would definitely stay here again!”
