It feels like an old cabin that has been expanded a few times - a plywood floored entrance way that was added on holds outdoor activity equipment, a washer and dryer and the trash cans. "Very nice place and very well equipped. Higley Reservoir is a cool section of the river. Caught some big bullheads right off the dock. Comfortable beds were an added bonus."

"The house was very cozy and comfortable. The area was semi-remote (ie necessities within reach but great dark skies). We very much enjoyed the tire swing and fire pit. Also the property manager was super communicative and helpful. All our basic needs were meticulously met with snacks, a coffee and tea bar, and toiletries provided. Finally there was an outdoor plug near the driveway that was easily accessible to charge our car with our level 1 cable."

"Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...
