“This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. A gently sloped hill leads down to a nice deck with ladder access to the water. It's above the horseshoe so it's not as crowded as the rest of the river. Less than a 5 mile drive to White……

“The tiny house was just perfect for two old friends attending a nearby music festival. The house was clean and perfectly sized. The dining table turned out to be just the ticket for games when we weren’t at the festival. Dave graciously helped with a lockbox problem (totally my error). It was a good trip!”

“I enjoyed the location and the accommodations. The only problem was the smell of cigarette smoke, I have asthma and am very sensitive to the smell. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the deer!”

“This was a good property right on Canyon Lake. The best parts were the beautiful view and massive deck. Downsides included check-in/communication (property manager required a picture of ID and credit card that could be sent only by text) and minimal stocking of items (2 Rolle of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, 2 trash bags, no dish soap, no salt/pepper). I'd be happy to pay a small amount more, but don't want to have to worry about these items and purchase them in bulk.”

“Everything was great for our stay. Communication was good when we needed stuff. The only downside is the lake levels are so low you aren’t able to swim/fish from the house. There are some other local areas to swim. Canyon park and overlook park.”

“The home was very nice and new! Lots of stairs, so be prepared to climb. Very peaceful and quiet area. Short hike down to the lake, but the lake levels are extremely low. My son went antique bottle hunting. Found bottles from the 60's. Thats how low the lake is. Had some issues with the wifi, but that didnt bother us. Was nice to be disconnected.”
