“The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! ”

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachside House! But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bath. The kitchen is well……

“The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay……

“This place was clean, secure and had great beach access. Not too far from the main aspects of town, within a mile or two of the grocery store. Close to a great pizza place. Everyone was very comfortable. Pool was nice. Coin laundry made it easy to wash up (daughter was playing a softball tournament) and everyone was super friendly. Would stay here again.”
