“Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time……

“I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We also appreciated the convenient off-street parking.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this cozy spot right in the heart of Capitola Village. It had everything we needed and fit our family of 3 + a pup perfectly. The host was super responsive and all went smoothly. The only drawback is that the hot water smells a bit when you first turn it on. Not sure how you would fix that though. We plan to stay here again!”

“Capitola area is perfect for a walkable little beach get away. This place is poised just out of view of the ocean but you can hear the waves through open windows. You can see the ocean from back deck but not easily. The home is spacious and very clean. Lovely stay!”

“Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its……

“The house is one block from West Cliff Drive. It is a one story house in a neighborhood. There is plenty of parking, a nice kitchen, and room to move around in We enjoyed our stay.”

“This little place nestled in the redwoods is the absolute perfect spot to spend a weekend. (Or longer - I really debated calling out of work and booking a couple of extra nights.) Cozy space that’s perfect for 1-2 people, super close to Soquel, Capitola, and Santa Cruz, if you feel like leaving, and if you don’t, one of the patios, the hammock, or your room with the windows open so you can hear the creek are ideal for decompressing.”
