"This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. If you are going to stay at Colony I, do your grocery shopping before arriving. Closest grocery store is a 30 min. drive. Same with dining. Be mindful that there are few restaurants near the property, and after 6 PM it's a 30 min drive minimum. "

"We lived this property! The view cannot be beat! You can hear the waves crashing against the sea walls and it’s just magical! There is so much to explore just off site! Our kids had a blast exploring the lava sea cliffs and playing in the tide pools. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners out in the balcony and the kids loved the soak pool. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was a perfect destination for my family and i. Kitchen set up.for full meals, clean, spacious, and oh man the views. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular. Easy walking to everything in town, and a great starting point for longer destinations. Beach outside the door, waves crashing, it was awesome. Easy to get to, only caveat is you need to be a pretty good at parking in tight spots. The garage is clean, safe, and small. Other than that, awesome all around."

"We loved our stay at the Outrigger. Most renovations were done, nearly everything we saw was new, including our incredible ocean view room. While there are only two dining options right now, both were great. The pool/slide/waterfalls were fantastic. Occupancy seemed a bit low, so no waiting for anything and we could take our pick for the best spots at the pool. Manta viewing from the hotel at night was great and we also did the night snorkel tour with manta rays (walking distance from hotel) - was incredible!!"
