“The property is beautiful and offers two separate living spaces who h was very helpful in our case. The quiet town felt very safe and gave convenient access to stores and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the ocean was a short ride (or long walk) away. We did have some issues with power going out periodically and a plumbing failure (and flooding) during a heavy overnight rain storm. The beach was quiet and the sunset was beautiful. The neighborhood dogs came to visit and my children enjoyed this very much. We were missing our dogs at home. “Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. “For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch.
