“We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire……

“We’re familiar with the Truckee area and we’re looking for something close to Northstar that would house our extended family with grandparents and small children. This fit the bill perfectly. The place was exactly as advertised and perhaps looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, would stay here again in the future!”

“Beautiful views! I think we picked the best place that we could in Lake Tahoe. The house was perfect for us. It has everything you need and the most amazing views. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do while there. We hope to come back for a summer season sometime. If we do we will definitely ask about the beach punch cards. “This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip.”

“It was difficult to go inside because the view was so compelling! We were 7 adults and 2 small kids and had plenty of rooms and plenty of room to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed and seats for everyone. Location ideal. The house did have two room air conditioners but it was tough to keep all parts of that large house cool. We had record heat during our stay in July so that was part of it. Overall great for a family visiting Lake Tahoe.”

“The property is beautifully maintained, in a gorgeous location and the host, Camila, is truly exceptional. Any issue or question, Camila was on top of it immediately. We even had an issue with another property we had rented very nearby and were not sure the unit would be safe for us to stay in due to a gas leak. Camila responded to my request for help if the safety issue wasn't resolved and made this unit available to us on short notice and I'm incredibly grateful for the piece of mind she gave……

“My husband and I rented this house for 5 days, 4 nights. We loved the house. The location to everything we did was great. We visited South Lake Tahoe and then all the way to Truckee. We stayed in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor but there were multiple rooms in the house. The downstairs is fairly small so I’m glad it was just he and I. The view from the large window in the living room was gorgeous, especially as we sat and drank our coffee and watched the sunrise each morning. My only……

The house itself was astonishing, spacious and very comforting as our temporary home away from home. One of our family’s favorite things to do was to search for the many frogs on the lot! It’s no surprise we would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.”

“Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!”

“It was clean but needed an area for food storage. A cabinet in the dining room would be great for food!! The hot rub didn't work, which was irritating, as it was not working prior to our arrival. There was no wood in the woods storage area. We got our own, but would have been nice. The parking was ample for our 2 vehicles. It was easy to get around, area was quiet. I would recommend to others for a reasonable get away!”
