“Very good hotel，great room n comfort， suitable for family”

“非常美好的住宿体验，酒店的设计经典优雅，历史的厚重与舒适现代并存，细节到位，每个角落都无可挑剔，家具油画摆设（花瓶、雕塑等）都非常精美，随便拍一下都象艺术画，酒店两侧的超大草坪正对湖面，坐在岸边的椅子上可以看日落，特别写意。”

“The hotel was ideally situated for walking distance into Kirby Lonsdale and a short drive to local golf courses. It was clean and comfortable with a gym and pool/spa facilities and a well stocked bar. The manager was helpful. Sadly it no longer has a open/working restaurant so food is not available. Despite this limitation, it was very convenient and acceptable hotel to which I would return to if wishing to stay in that area.”

“Food and service excellent. Choice of menu options really good. Rooms good size, bed comfortable, fridge in room with bottles water, plenty of tea, coffee etc in the room. Very convenient from the motorway but away from the road noise. Local walk details provided in the rooms. ”

“I was phoned by the host (Paul) as there was a football match on, to warn me about the parking situation. The room is immaculate and the Paul couldn't do enough for you. ”

“We stayed in the Ashton and it was a beautiful suit very spacious. The only one thing is the is no wash basin in the toilet apart from that everything was perfect.”

“A great hotel in a good location close to the sea with an excellent beer garden backing onto the canal. Fantastic food let down by a slow service between courses. The room was clean and comfortable although the extractor fan for the kitchen was directly outside the windows. Easy access for those who needed to leave early with a key dropbox and friendly efficient staff on reception and behind the bar. Bus stop outside to take you to Lancaster, Morecambe or pther destinations. Good walks along the……

“Perfect location for travelling around the lake and for going out in the local area. Delicious and ample breakfast, tailored to your needs with plenty of tasty options which set us up right for a long walk. Super comfy bed, warm, little nice things like milk and good advice on walks and local sights. They also gave us biscuits to keep us trucking on our walk on our way out the door. ”

“I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 5 !!! At time of booking it sais 2 double beds and was only one double to then be allocated a room with 2 double beds and had to pay extra £15 for the 2 children this is a failt with expedia and not the property as at time of booking it stated 2 double beds !!! ”
