“Beautiful, staff polite, check in quick!”

“没有想象的那么好，有些吵杂的声音，小孩晚上也没睡好一直哭，当我抱着小孩到楼下去的时候见到柜台小姐我跟她打招呼她居然没有理我！”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“Staff is extremely friendly, great service all around whether it’s at the bar, restaurant or the folks at the front desk. We had a great stay. The only complaint is one elevator was working on one side of the building, but those are maintenance issues that happened so it’s whatever. The area around the hotel is under construction so that was a little frustrating and there were quite a few areas with little mini tent cities across the street so that was a little bit alarming but other than that,……

“Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, the choices good. We had eggs, bacon, biscuit, a sweet roll. The coffee was good. We chose the basic room with queen bed. Even though the room I was small, it was efficiently designed for comfort. It’s was Clean! I like a clean hotel. There were plenty of towels. We’d stay here again. ”
