"Overall had a great experience - particularly enjoyed cooking local seafood in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Lots of really nice details in the finishing of the interior. Property is a duplex and the windows/balconies in the rental unit mainly face the driveway side, but there is still a very pretty peaceful view across the water/marsh. Will be really nice when the yard landscaping is complete!"

"Condo was perfect for the two of us with plenty of amenities, including a private pool for the condo complex. We were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked since my wife and I enjoy going to the seafood market and having fresh seafood. The unit is close to the village and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities. The Blue Heron Realty team were extremely helpful in answering questions prior to check-in and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay....

"The property offered a nice location close to the village and all shops, restaurant and perfect beach. This is our 5th or 6th visit to the island. We spent 6 days on the beach, trialed all the restaurants. Very happy with our stay!!"

"We had the most amazing 7 days in Ocracoke and plan on returning soon! Loved driving our golf cart around the town, but really loved driving on the beach! Everywhere we ate was awesome too! The only thing I did not like were the 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to get in our condo; I had no idea! Next time we rent, I'll do more research on our place to stay."

"Booked this because it promised views and there’s nothing better than having a place where you don’t have to walk to enjoy the beauty of where you’re staying. From the large screened porch with the view of the harbor to the bright, open living space with view of the town, I can’t imagine any better setting."

"Pros:Nice cozy place with jacuzzi tubs in tye bathrooms. Nice living area & kitchen. Cons:Okd livingroom furniture (uncomfortable) ,the jacuzzi tub in one bathroom dosen't work,headboards on both beds are unattached and bang against tge walls.Had to use wash cloths to protect the walls The place just needs some upgraded furniture ,repair the one jacuzzi tub and TLC. Also,the clothes washer was down for repair as well. Still enjoyed the stay."

"🌅 This beautiful home was just as advertised and just what I was looking for. The Waterfront view from house and yard is Perfect for the busy person who wants to truly rest and relax away from home. An appreciated amenity was the grab and go breakfast. That special touch was greatly appreciated. The beautifully apportioned home looked brand spanking new in its cleanliness. "The house itself is pretty rustic, but the property is fabulous! The view from the screened porch was beautiful, and the morning sunrises were incomparable. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is plenty of fun to be had. We kayaked and enjoyed the waterfront deck all week. We did day trips to Ocracoke and Beaufort which were easily accessible from Cedar Sunrise. We didn’t fish, but you could fish right from the deck if you wanted to. The house is very basic, but it was nice to unplug for the week....
