“Service is superb, and room is clean. Gym is well functional. Breakfast is like a fest. Hotel is located in City center, closed to shopping district. and metro/bus station are few steps away. Responds are efficient with maintenance team, and housekeeping when I called. Only two parts won't get a 10 out of 10 points from my opinion: Lobby Bar: service 8/10, cocktails 6/10 Palmen restaurant: service 7/10, meals 5/10 ”

“I booked 5 rooms for my family and friends, 2 rooms locate at old building and have no AC. There's always only 1 staff working in reception and tried to satisfied everyone's needs, everyone has to learn how to be a patient customer no matter you want to check-in, get some information, ask for help or even complain, you need to wait at least 10 minutes in summer high season.”

“可惜房間內沒有煮水壺，需要熱水時還去樓下BAR幫忙裝!早餐非常豐盛，種類繁多，也都很美味!值得試試看的早餐!!”

“Very good breakfast and dinner light meal. Location is easy access to most of the sightseeing points. Far from the central train station, it is better to take tram no.18 for 3 stops if you have big and heavy baggage. No fridge, water boiler, glasses and toilet’s floor mattress. ”
