"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. "Perfect for girls weekend! Hot tub was great, furniture was comfortable, kitchen well supplied. Covered porches were nice for winter. We stayed in March. Fireplace was great. This property is remote, yet minutes from the action in Ellicottville. Clean and comfortable. We will be back! A big thank you to our host Michael!"

"We had a weekend stay to go skiing at Holiday Valley. No snow, so that was a bummer. Travel to the resort is 8.3 miles, about 15 minutes. The travel is so worth the privacy. Chalet was very nice..greaty layout with lots of room. Beautiful wrap around deck! Washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen could've had a little better amenities. Outside was a little disappointing...cans and candy wrappers around; pond unkept; sleds just laying around; driveway could've used more stone (kinda muddy); chairs...

A perfect little get away...
"The Roycroft Inn in East Aurora is a cozy treasure. Every room is different, all have that Arts and Crafts charm. The staff is responsive and elegant. Nicely dressed, polite, and very professional. Staying at the Roycroft is a restful experience. The little gardens, the firepit, all the unusual little spaces to sit and relax are a joy. The Roycroft Campus is just across the street and features some stunning art, furniture, leather goods and textiles."
