“I liked the old world charm of being in the French Quarter. The hotel is easily accessible. Staff members were very attentive. They replaced toiletries everyday. The negatives were that facecloths hadn’t come back from the cleaners on the first day, so there were none the first night. The carpet in my room was very old and stained. ”

I realize I should have done that while dealing (and continue to deal with having money not refunded), I didn’t need the comment while dealing with missing money. It was very much a kick a person while they’re down, it was unwarranted and all around a……

“This hotel was in a quiet area of the french quarter. The courtyard/pool area was serene and pretty. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and close to everything. These buildings are old which added to its charm. If you want new and fancy, stay at one of the big chains. If you want charm and real french quarter feel, then this hotel is perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. ”
