"The property is wild and wonderful! They are really not joking about the trek to get in there, but that is part of why it's so great once you are there. That road is something, and then parking is a bit from the tree house. We saw all kinds of wildlife and enjoyed both sunny and stormy weather. It had an immersion feel for sure. The trees are stunning old growth! There was a wonderful path down to a river/rapids to play in. I would suggest people to pack minimally what they will carry up so it's...

"The cabin was fantastic. Views, private, clean, interesting, fun. Hiking, great owners, great food!! Will recommend to anyone going to san vito. Its just outside of town....a car is best!!! Great drives!!!"

Great Eco Lodge

"We had a great few days at Finga Manclar. The staff looked after us very well. We went full board and we had excellent local food. We also did most of the trips with Luis which were great fun - tubing, fishing, mangrove tour, waterfall, horse riding. Rooms don't have A/C but the fans were good. Make sure you bring plenty of beers and mosquito spray for sitting out on the veranda chillaxing. All in all a great few days in this lodge The directions from the Sierpe ferry were very good- as long as you re-set your trip meter ! Also, note that we got to the ferry just after 12 and hit the lunch hour. So we had a nice snack at Restaurant Las Vegas in Sierpe whilst waiting"

"The staff are the most friendly people, and you can see all sorts of incredible wild life right from the restaurant and patio. We saw hawks, pelicans, turtles, a crocodile! We missed dolphins one morning apparently but yeah, it was absolute paradise and the staff were the best part. "
