“Had a wonderful weekend here at Coral Cove. Property was exactly as shown. Host was extremely responsive and provided all information needed. Extremely close to everything in Corolla as well. Will hope to return in the future.”

“Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was……

“My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and regretted not staying two weeks! The home was very cozy. We stayed in the king bedroom and the bed was so comfortable (this is always important to us because my husband has back issues). The weather was in the low 60s the first few days but we didn’t mind because the pool was heated and so amazing to swim in and the hot tub was perfect! The walk to the beach was short so that was good! We got a pass to drive on the 4x4 beach with our Bronco and saw……

“Absolutely beautiful home with coastal vibes. Every room was decorated nicely. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms on multi levels. Expansive, well equipped kitchen. Game room complete with foosball table and video game machine. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We all thought it was a mansion!”

“We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year.”

“Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them……

“The location and property itself were absolutely fantastic. It had everything we needed and then some and what it didn't have we were able to pick up at the grocery store less than a minute away. It was very clean and spacious we absolutely loved it!”

“My friends and I stayed at the starfish retreat this past weekend. It was nice but we were not given any trash bags so we had to use food lion bags to throw our trash away. The hot tub was a bit dirty and we wish they had a few essential items that are normally needed when you stay at a beach house for a few days. The location was fine and close to the beach and the house was nicely decorated.”

“Nicely decorated house with many amenities but was not totally clean when we arrived—sandy entryways, sand on mattresses, gum on headboard, dirty clothes in a drawer. Missing some basics like trash receptacles in all rooms. No gas grill. No shade at the pool. Pool table was flaking big pieces of rust.”

“This was a beautiful property, the house we well kept. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Great if you like water sports!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time, our only issues was the Wifi, and cell phone service and few other things. We had the worst wifi issues and were not able to watch TV or connect to our cell phones. The bathroom curtains should be washed as……

“This was a very family friendly, pet friendly option. We were able to go to the beach and also relax at the Inn with the Pier right at our Inn. The newly renovated Olympic size pool at a close to walk/drive facility was also a plus. You get wrist bands to go there with the purchase of the rooms. We would definitely go back. ”
