“网站显示酒店3星半，比吉大港半岛酒店星级还高。但是实际上到了酒店一看，的确令人汗颜。酒店就在市场附近，交通、环境都比较差。而且酒店内部环境根本就达不到星级条件。相当于国内没有星级的普通宾馆。”

“First of all, they kept me awaiting at the lobby for 45 minutes even though I arrived past 2 PM check in time. The room was not serviced the next day when I returned to hotel from shopping outside. Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away.”

“Please never ever book this resort by online I have so much problem there They said they don't have any evidence that i paid for . I showed my email confirmation but they said they did not receive from there middle media. They don't know who is Expedia also”

“Often encounter power trips. Very close to domestic airport but nothing else in the vicinity. Gym is musty as not in use. Breakfast staple is the same everyday. Not recommend unless for short stay over or seeking convenience to airport. ”

“Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office.……
