“Excellent stay in every respect. Warm and cosy cottage, spotless and furnished with all the essentials and more. Very comfortable beds. Close to Chichester and beaches but immersed in the countryside which meant utter peace during both day and night. My daughter and us enjoyed spending her big birthday at the cottage... with her small dog and explore the area. Thank you”

We went for some lovely walks and the kids loved playing in the garden. The house had everything you could possibly need! I couldn’t fault it at all! “We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! Paddy's Plaice is also great for local fish and chips! All in all a fabulous week, so thank……

“A very pretty location on a quiet road. We arrived in four cars and were able to park easily avoiding the adjacent farm entrance. On entering, the hall, living area and kitchen put an immediate smile on faces. Bedrooms all very appealing too. Every house should have a library snug like this! Garden and outdoor seating area were very practical and peaceful. We had a few niggles with the property down to first rental teething. “Good place for a group of friends to stay. Well equipped kitchen in modern house. Lovely clean and warm hot tub. Good location for coastal walks or buses to Chichester. Prompt reply and actions to any minor issues. Quiet neighbourhood.”

“Beautiful house and location right on the beach. There are limited food options in the area is the only thing but lots of fish and chip shops and indian take aways. Really helpful property managers when we couldnt work the heating as well! We had two dogs and had beautiful walks along the coast.”

“I was a bit apprehensive before going to the property but on arrival it was all that it was described as and more. The kids made full use of the hot tub, sauna, water activity equipment, table tennis and the massage chair. The range of kitchen equipment was impressive, it wouldn’t matter what you decided to cook for a party of 12 there was everything you needed. We even had the weather and a number of people in the party got burnt - me being one! We will be back again - thank you!”

“James was great at communicating and very helpful. Even posted back to us a couple of small things we had left at the house. The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped.”

“Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged.”

“I recently stayed in this property with a group of old friends and we had an amazing weekend. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc and yet at night time it was very quiet. I would definitely rebook! Thank you x”

“We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home.”

“Furst impressions: gorgeous! Lovely drive way , with beaytuful flowers and a gorgeous garden , plenty of space to park Lovely big house , nice kitchen family room and large bedroom's , 3 bathrooms lovely for a group of 9 However , 2 room's where heating/rads did not work owners must be aware as one small heater in one room. No rads in kitchen underfloor heating did bot work , tried to contact owners, no reply. While the kitchen us lovely and spacious it needs repair, kitchen doors damaged.……

“Lovely large family property. We spent 2 nights here and could’ve stayed a week. Pool was a good temperature & larger than expected which was a bonus, surrounding area was clean. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. Beautiful kitchen. Great coffee machine and plenty of utensils in the cupboards. Lots of light in the conservatory area and good space to sit outside. The lounge was cosy and relaxing with plenty of large settees for seating everyone comfortably. Just a few tweaks we felt would……
