“My contracting team stayed twice here once in April and another in May, I booked it for them again because they were fond it it with the space and cleanliness. No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. The hosts were gracious with what they called a hybrid late checkout because my guys had to do a nightshift for the store……

“The property is very well maintained, excellent for groups, even has a casita for surly teens. Stocked with every essential. Towels galore, great beds with plenty of pillows. Location is 5 minutes walk from the best of LaJolla Village, and a nice 15 minute walk to LaJolla Shores. Highly recommend!”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.”

“The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.”

“Very comfortable house in a wonderful area with plenty of parking, plenty of household supplies and kitchen amenities -- location is hard to beat, very easy for us to go to many spots in the area and provided wonderful walking to enjoy the views. “We rented the Vrbo property from Tue-Sun to celebrate our son's 40th. As with most properties, the place had some pros and cons. Pros: - Assigned/secure/gated garage parking - Elevator access (our son is handicapped, so this was VERY helpful!) - 3 bath/3 bed...every couple/adult had their own restroom - Clean - Comfortable beds - Open plan kitchen/living/dining - Cozy and comfortable living room furniture - Large walk-in closet in primary suite - 2nd floor W/D - 1 primary & 1 1st flr junior……

“This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. Alessandro checked on us via text, enough to let us know he was there if needed, but not so much that it was intrusive. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. “We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”
