“空間大 環境舒適的渡假酒店 但房間欠整潔... 地板沒有清潔好 有螞蟻 有昆蟲 浴室內都非常塵舊 早餐不多款, 每天都是豬肉粥 雞蛋腸仔 很厭呀~”

“Stay was great, check in was easy, they helped me set up a shuttle to the ferry I needed to catch. The food at the on site restaurant was delicious. And the room was clean and had strong AC.”

“Run down and doesn’t look fresh like the photos. Bathroom wasn’t really clean and shower was terrible. Bed very hard but not uncommon in Thailand. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. States it has restaurant, bar and poolside bar. Doesn’t have any of these and doesn’t have a pool. Not even sure we got the room we paid for but communication wasn’t the best. We wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“飯店老舊整體的清潔度非常差，服務人員態度不夠親和，明明是泰國人和她用泰語溝通，她硬要講英文，洗澡沒熱水，水壓不足。鄰近傳統市場，空氣中陣陣有臭味，有老鼠。糟糕沒有我可以讚許的”

“The hotel has a great location but the beach is eating up the ground and due to this they built concrete sections. You can still swim and hotel got a seating area with shadow.. The room we stayed in, facing mountain, was ok but yiu can see that maintenance isn't a priority and not super clean. Too few electric sockets and none near bed. They provide an extender but had to disconnect the fridge to use it. Luckily we brought our own. Besides the owner, who was very friendly, staff a bit reserved……

“Reception staff was rude to guests, also contravenes other staff. Hot water heater not hot at all with poor flow. Toilet smelly of uncleared sewer. Not value for money; quality not up to price paid for stay”

“Hôtel moderne mais malheureusement souffrant de problèmes de conception (ou de gestion ?). Quelques exemples: - Accès chambre-piscine non finis (quelques dalles pavées feraient l'affaire) - la gestion de la vaisselle (stockage de la vaisselle sur les buissons durant des heures...) - Petit-déjeuner correct mais donnant le sentiment de vouloir économiser sur tout.”
