“We enjoyed the hotel and all of its amenities. The only unfortunate part of our stay was that the hot tub in the pool area was not working. As an athlete I like to book hotels that offer a hot tub so that I can relax and soak my aching body at the end of the day. We had enjoyed the hot tub on our previous stay the year before. It was very unfortunate that it is not kept in working condition.”
