“I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!”

“We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from”

“Wonderfully restored Victorian hotel in a small one street town near Clearlake. Owners and staff are delightful. Regular live music performances and good comfort food and cocktails. Will be back!”

The owner goes above and beyond with the amenities, provides a clean and cozy environment. She is readily available for any needs. It has a beautiful backyard that creates a relaxing environment. This is by far the best place I have stayed. I highly recommend!”
