“the staff very friendly and helpful. The main stairs carpet somewhat threadbare but everywhere kept tidy and clean. They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. You can either eat in the lounge, no tablecloths, or take it back to your room. I had a family room so plenty of space. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The toilet and shower room was a bit cramped with the shower……

“Great location, centrally placed for bars, food and the seafront, but only on street parking. Lovely bar and sitting area in the reception. Booked the standard double room. Although it was clean and comfortable, it was very small and I wouldn't stay more than 1 night in that type of room for that reason. Too cramped to move hardly. Also room was extremely hot despite the heating being off, so was uncomfortable to sleep in. Am guessing it's worth paying more for a larger room. We had cooked……

“Hotel was clean. Booked for a double room but got upgraded to a bigger room . Cleaners were polite, knocked before entering the room and asked if we needed anything. Hotel was very convenient just 2 minute walk from seafront. Would book the hotel again. ”

“This is a lovely caravan park, great location, well looked after, unfortunately our caravan was a bit tired, lacking hooks, drawers, shower holder didnt hold the shower head, light switch in bedroom by the door, so couldnt switch it off when in bed! things that really would be expected. Stayed in 2023 and had a fabulous caravan, so was disappointing that 2024 was not up to scratch. ”

“What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and very decent coffee. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.”

“Booked for 2 nights stay. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road.
