“Celebrated my 21st birthday in New York and the Knickerbocker definitely made our stay better! The location is exceptional, 2 minutes from the Heart of Times Square and incredibly easy access to the subway! Staff were very helpful, service was fast. Will definitely recommend in the future!”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“The Staff were the best! The room was excellent very big! The area was. My only suggestion is to put a Nespresso machine in the room. Even though they offer coffee on the lobby it’s not the same to open your eyes and have it in your bed. I would definitely return.”
