“Basic complex that fulfilled our needs as property is located on the ocean and walkable to Coligny stores. These are small condos but fine for the two of us. Furniture was new and decorated nicely. The shower needs more water pressure but was nice step-in style. The cabinet in bed area was nice to put suitcases up off floor.”

I’ve been staying on hhi for nearly twenty years with family and friends and have rented small to very large condos. This time i was the only renter as my family had a smaller unit. The condo was was very clean and comfortable and was very convenient to all the attractions in Hilton Head. I would definitely stay there again! Having to not have to pack beach chairs was a plus! “Very close to shopping and dining. You are 50 yards from the ocean which was great. The unit is pretty small, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. It was noisy a couple of nights during our stay. Overall I liked the location and the apartment a lot.”

“320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz,……

“Overall a nice place, awesome location, super clean, cute decor. Could work on ac vents and fan situation in the guest room, but we were able to manage with the floor fan provided. Also could work on the pillows being more comfortable. Kids loved it and didn't want to leave, nice pool, super well stocked kitchen, had a lovely picnic out back at the outdoor table, loved the huge dining table that we could all fit at!”

“We so enjoyed our stay here in unit 182! It was perfect for what we needed with it just being myself, my fiancé, and our 19 month old toddler. The bed was super comfortable but since our toddler is a bed-hog, I let my fiancé have the bed while we slept on the pull-out sofa, and my toddler has never slept better lol She loved that pull out bed.
