I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again.”

“The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.”

“Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed.”

“Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was……

“Checking in was a bit confusing as the address given was not the side I stayed in. It was smaller in person than on the pictures but overall the stay was nice, would book again.”

“We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!”
