"This is a really nice hotel. The modern decor really makes the hotel. We went to Columbus for our 1 year anniversary. We arrived to check in and the guy at the front desk didn’t look too enthusiastic to be there, he barely greeted us. We took our things to the room, went to check out the area, and went to pick up some things. Upon returning back to the room to wind down, the tv wasn’t working. "The reservation and check in were smooth. The staff was terrifically friendly. The front doors had issues sticking. The bed was hard. Not enough towels and wash cloths. The shower curtain was difficult to get to stay in place. The toilet handle was very hard to work (stiff.) The elevator had scary noises. The coffee was Terrible and empty twice in the morning."
