“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication……

“My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating. The bed/bedding is super comfortable; the living room is modern, fun and comfortable; the kitchen is adorable and stocked with essentials; the bathroom has nice toiletries, soft towels, and a fabulous waterfall shower. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, the hospital and pharmacy. A perfect little home away from home!”

“The house was just what we wanted. Close to town, walk out the door and start hiking, and of course Shoog the friendliest dog you will ever meet. Our own kids both two legged and four, had a blast. Scott was so attentive and helpful every second we were there while still giving us plenty of space. Would rent again in a heartbeat.”

“This was an excellent place to stay with families. The house was big and had enough space for 3 families to comfortably spend the weekend together. The only drawback was it took about 20-30 minutes to get to anything-- coffee, groceries, etc. The location was great if you just want to sit and have a fire. The house was clean with a lot of kitchen supplies, towels and the beds were neatly made. There was adequate air conditioning/fans for hot days. We had a great stay. Thank you!”
