“My family needed a place to stay to celebrate the death of my mother. She lived in Cranberry Lake for 34 years and loved Lake especially to paint beautiful watercolors.”

“Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come……

“Our family of five has been going up to the Adirondacks for a four or five night winter getaway for the last several years. This was the second time we stayed at this property. It offers a rustic feeling, room for each of our kids to have some privacy, a well stocked kitchen and a nice family gathering space to watch Netflix, build a puzzle or play a game. Groceries, a few decent restaurants, and a couple of nice short hikes are just a short drive away. Several items had been updated since our……

Experiencing peaceful evenings by the fire pit and small hikes during the late morning, hot tubbing and kayaking on the pond, and finished our evenings with dinner and Yatzee. Really enoyed Boyd Pond, and what great hosts Teresa and Chris were to share their peaceful property...We would definitely come back.”

By mid-October, this area is past the fall-foliage season and boat traffic is at a minimum. This listing is accurate. The place is quiet. The host is very responsive. Enjoy!”

“We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again.”

“Loved staying at this property. It comfortably accommodated our 9 member family. The kitchen was super stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. But the lake front is what really makes this property outstanding. The lake itself is scenic, quiet, and amazingly clean. Kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, paddle board and small motorboat provided plenty of water activity. And we all loved the wood-fired hot tub! Plenty of lounges and Adirondack chairs, and picnic table made this the main hang out area. Not a……

“Had an amazing time staying here. Located just across the road from Big Moose Lake but still felt secluded and private. Cabin was well kept and clean, plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor use. Loved sitting out by the campfire”

“This is a pretty special property. The views are incredible, the home is cozy and well-maintained, and the property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Tupper Lake and 25 minutes to Saranac Lake (we spent time in both)! I fished both full days we were there. I launched from the property with my fishing kayak one day. My wife used one of the provided kayaks one day. The second day I launched about 1.25 miles up the road at a DEC boat launch. We had a great time and I highly recommend.”
