"This is indeed a nice, quiet riverfront home. It's about 20 minutes from Cottage Grove, and the drive there is gorgeous. Great internet speed, so you shouldn't have any cellphone issues if you have wifi calling enabled on your phone. It has all the amenities that you'd need for a longer-term stay: full kitchen, full laundry, full bathroom. "We loved this home and the location right on the river. Quiet neighborhood in a small little town. The people were friendly wherever we went. It rained the whole time but that had no effect as we played games and sat on the spacious covered deck. The house is clean and fully stocked. A great vacation home."

"This is a wonderful little house in picture cottage Grove. The location was very close to Main Street where there are restaurants and shops. The house was very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the house had anything you would find in your own house (maybe even more!) Everything was well labeled so it was easy to find things. Would definitely stay here again."

"My partner had never stayed in a yurt, and was a bit aprehensive (she's fancier than me). But the yurt and surrounding property were great. We were able to book it at a reasonable rate when everything else was super expensive (Labor day weekend), the yurt was clean and comfortable, we got to go on some pretty hikes in the area, then relaxed in the sauna afterwards (which we had to ourselves). Like other reviews are saying, if you're looking for something fancier you might be disappointed. But...

"This quiet, lush listing was off the beaten track but close enough to Cottage Grove or Eugene to get forgotten supplies. The floor-to-ceiling windows looked through a screen of firs over Dorena lake. Herons stalked the shore, or thrust themselves into the sky. The unit itself was well-equipped and the furnishing were quite comfortable. We hope to stay again."

"Pretty bummed that we did not get any response from the host when requesting the access to the place on the day of check in. They eventually responded after multiple emails on day 2. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons."
