“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. ”

“首晚到達酒店發現沒有冷氣，接待員只提供了吹風機給我。幸好再三要求才換到有冷氣的房間。但廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗手盤更在廳內！環境很差，即使有服務員打掃、但我跟同行人總是覺得有野咬，皮膚很痕。假如問我會否再來，不要跟我開玩笑！可惜的是在Expedia's中搜尋到如此惡劣的酒店非常失望！不明白為何有高評分，完全沒有可能給予高分及好評！”
