“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). “房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”

“What a great place to stay. Looks brand new. Everything was in great condition and very quiet. Staff was extremely helpful. Helped us with dinner reservations and directions to the fortress. Very walkable to the center of town as well. ”

“New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.”

“This might have been the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The room is exceptional. Every detail. Even the hairdryer was amazing. Front desk woman was the most accommodating and sweet person. The nightlife is lively and we found it a bit hard to get to sleep one night (wedding at another venue so nothing to do but be patient). Thermostat went to 20 degrees, would have loved just a bit colder for sleep. But if these are the only wrong things, I’ll happily come back and experience them all again! ”
