"This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some! It is well furnished with comfortable beds and lovely artwork in all rooms. "The manager was great. The home not so much. Massive deferred maintenance. Even the BBQ was rusted out. Pretty much everything needs replacing- windows counters bathrooms are all vintage 1980’s. The house is for sale so the owners apparently are not willing to remodel or even replace. Not even an inexpensive BBQ. For what they charge you can do much better."
