"My group of friends 40's-50's stayed here for a quick girls' getaway. The location is lovely located just outside town along the lake near farm land. We felt safe and I enjoyed walking near the cornfields. Denver is a cute town with everything you need within a 10-minute drive. The house is a perfect setup with everything you need to enjoy your trip. It is evident the host spent a great deal of time trying to think through every detail so you could enjoy your stay. "This sunny cottage is a tiny sanctuary nestled in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The owners’ attention to detail is apparent in the design/furnishing of the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again! Note: if accessibility is a concern there are a few steps in the unit and the entry requires a walk down a (charming) flagstone and brick path."

"Jamie’s property is the perfect quiet getaway! The house is so cutely decorated and has everything you might need. Jamie was so helpful and responded quickly anytime we reached out to her. We were a group of 5 Moms looking for some relaxation and time together and it was perfect. We spent most of our time on the dock enjoying the peaceful cove of the lake and the kayaks. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took"

"We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!"

"Such a cute cottage!! We had so much fun and enjoyed all the lake property had to offer. Owner Earl came by with his sweet dog Luke to welcome us and offer any assistance. We had access to a paddleboard and kayaks as well as a diving board and Lily pad. Made for a nice relaxing girls trip! We'll definitely be coming back thank you!!"
