“Prima hotel. De incheck gaat zonder problemen en vlot, erg mooie kamer (ik kreeg een upgrade omdat het erg druk was), betaalbaar en goed ontbijt en opvallend vriendelijke mensen in het restaurant. Ik was mijn oordoppen vergeten (neem ik altijd mee ivm herrie op de gang), maar ik heb hier werkelijk niets gehoord, terwijl ik toch een kamer vlakbij de lift had. ”

“It's located at the centre of Rotterdam so the shopping area is in walking distance. We stayed at The James on the King's day. Though there were lots parties going on till very late, but room was soundproofed so we still have a good sleep! ”

“The executive twin room is spacious, but the air conditioner is weak, executive lounge is much cooler than in room. And it is too dark in room even though all lights are turned on. Besides, the bath towels look old, white color faded out, don't expect that in Marriott. Lounge is good with spectacular full view of the city. In happy hour time, suggest to have hot soup, now only have cold bread and no way to heat up.”

“The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking……
