“Nice little pool to cool off in. Quiet, even though there were neighbors right next door you didn't hear anything. Well equipped with kitchen needs such as keurig, toaster, pots and pans and dishes, plus more. Enjoyed our stay, would come back again.”

Stayed in communication afterwards to refund part of our payment to our satisfaction. Since this was a recent purchase of the owners, they were very willing to work out the hiccups. “First of all the place was super clean. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. All the amenities we on point. I actually forgot my pillow but their pillows were even better.. And the bedding was super soft ( I looked at the tag on the sheets and will be buying the exact same sheets lol) Every room had very large Google TVs and the wifi worked perfectly. The place was just perfect.... But to top the actual place was its location. Its right in between the beach and the shops and……

“We don’t want to go home after spending 2 months at this beautiful house! Everything was perfect for us in a great two bedroom unit with a beautiful pool in the small 4 unit complex. Living, dining, bedrooms and private outdoor deck with grill all added to the comfort of the home. Everyone who came to visit just loved it. The landscaping around the property is like living in a botanical garden. Walking distance to everything Including Atlantic Ave shopping and restaurants. Garland and Joy are……

“Garland and his wife were amazing! They stopped by several times to assure we had everything we need and made some great recommendations including the French bakery which is a few minutes walk from the house. The property was very comfortable and well outfitted. Everything we needed for a five week stay. Beds were comfortable and Garland arranged for a separate apartment next door when our three college sons visited over Easter. The back yard was quiet with plenty of space to spread out and……

We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and new-looking. All around a great……
